Automated Multi-Vegetable Transplanter

Intelligent Tray Handling

Automated pickup mechanism designed for 104-cavity seedling trays. Ensures consistent sapling extraction and smooth conveyor-based feeding for uninterrupted transplanting.

Precision Planting System

Sensor-based sapling detection combined with synchronized furrow opening and plant push mechanism. Delivers uniform depth, spacing, and alignment for crops like chili, brinjal, and tomato.

PTO-Powered Drive & Battery

Tractor PTO integration powers the entire transplanting mechanism. Variable speed control enables adaptive planting based on field conditions and soil type.
